Kim has spent her career in the rooms where policy meets payroll — advocating for small businesses, running her own operations, and getting a national platform for the communities everyone else talks about from a distance.

On camera she doesn't observe. She puts on the boots, takes the instruction, and does the work badly before she does it well. That earns the second conversation — the one where owners stop giving the tour and start telling the truth.
